Ms. Wilson gave each of her students a tiny furry critter. The students then had to construct a home for their critter. Everyone enjoyed building the animal shelters after reading the book: And So They Build. It was an amazing extension to our Reader's Workshop lesson.

Mrs. Cerullo & Ms. Wilson's classes joined together to build candy pumpkin catapults. The students visited a variety of stations to test for accuracy & distance. It was more challenging than the students anticipated but, so much fun!

Buddy classes, 3C and 5B experimented with chemical reactions with invisible ink painting. The students were impressed and amazed when their 'invisible' pictures came to life right before their eyes.
