  • Chromebook Repair

    • If you have a Chromebook that needs repair/service please follow the following

      • Elementary: Please inform your classroom teacher and they will drop off the chromebook to the main office of your building and take a loaner while your chromebook is being repaired

      • Robert Moses Middle School: Please go to the main office of your school and they will give you a loaner while your chromebook is being repaired

      • High School: Please go to the north office of your school and they will give you a loaner while your chromebook is being repaired

    • New Chromebooks are Distributed to Grade Levels ( K, 5, 9)

    • My Chromebook will not charge:

      • Make sure your charger is fully plugged in (the charger has two pieces)

      • Make sure the wire is not bend or frayed

      • New chromebooks have a charging port on each side of the base

      • Make sure your electrical outlet is working properly

      • If you have completed all of these steps and the chromebook still will not charge please bring the charger to your buildings repair location (Chromebook Repair) -redirect to the section above

    • My Password is not working: 

      • First reboot the chromebook and try your password again

      • If your password still does not work, type your password in the username field to make sure all your keys on the keyboard are working.

      • If  your password still does not work please click the forgot password button and you will be sent an email to reset your password.  

        • If you did not set up your Self Service Password Reset please reach out to your teacher so they can reset your password and then follow these instructions to set it up. (Instructions)
