DeLuca Celebrates Flag Day with Patriotic Ceremony

On June 15, students and staff at William E. DeLuca Elementary School came together for the school’s annual Flag Day Ceremony, honoring the American flag and the values of freedom, unity and patriotism that it represents.

Members of the Student Council led the ceremony by sharing the history and significance of the nation’s flag, providing the school community with an opportunity to reflect on the freedoms and opportunities enjoyed by Americans.

The entire school joined together to recite the Pledge of Allegiance and sing the National Anthem, creating a meaningful moment of respect and appreciation. The annual Flag Day celebration brought the school community together to recognize the importance of the American flag and the ideals it symbolizes.
