STRIVE Classes Celebrate Spring

William E. DeLuca Elementary School STRIVE classes came together to celebrate the arrival of spring with a fun and engaging activity – making “dirt” cups! This hands-on lesson provided students with an exciting opportunity to apply important skills they have been developing in both the classroom and during related services.
Students practiced following directions as they worked step-by-step to create their delicious treats. The activity also encouraged communication, cooperation and independence in a meaningful and motivating way. The celebration concluded with everyone enjoying their tasty creations together, making for a joyful and memorable spring experience!
