ENL Saturday Academy Concludes Successful Fall Session

The English as a New Language Saturday Academy wrapped up a successful fall program after running from Oct. 18 through Nov. 22, 2025. Held at North Babylon High School, the six-session academy met each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and welcomed ENL students in grades K–8, along with an adult ENL class designed for parents and family members.

Under the guidance of program supervisor Christina Mennuti from Belmont Elementary School, the academy provided enriching language-learning opportunities and family engagement activities. The final session featured a celebration where students and their families proudly presented their completed projects, highlighting the growth, collaboration and community spirit that defined this year’s program.
