The students at William E. DeLuca Elementary School celebrated Global School Play Day/World Read Aloud Day together on Feb. 1. Donning their favorite pajamas, students engaged in various activities throughout the day. Global School Play promotes the importance of unstructured regular play for students. On World Read Aloud Day, classes around the world spent time celebrating and honoring the power of reading and sharing stories. William E. DeLuca Elementary School students spent time buddying up with reading partners to share books together.
