Woods Road Elementary School students and staff joined together to honor veterans
earlier this month. High School students also assisted in the celebration by singing the
national anthem and playing the trumpet. Woods Road School Principal Celeste Archer
read a poem and Third Grade Teacher Phil Guerrieri read a speech recognizing veterans as
real-life superheroes.
