On Feb. 8, BOCES Outdoor Education visited the Advanced Placement Environmental Science class at North Babylon High School to discuss pollution and its effects on birds. Students dissected albatross boluses and were able to see plastic, fishing lines and other pollutants that the birds had ingested.
