Marion G. Vedder Elementary School celebrated its love of reading and writing during a Literacy Day on Jan. 26. This year's theme was seasons. Students paired up with reading buddies to write about the seasons. Prekindergarten students spent their morning involved in different snow day activities. Throughout the afternoon, special invited guests visited the school to read to the students.
