MEET THE TEACHER NIGHT
Dear DeLuca Families,
I hope this letter finds you enjoying the beginning of our new school year. This year’s Meet The Teacher Night is Wednesday, September 13, 2023 - please arrive early as presentations will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
Below is an overview of the night’s agenda - see flier sent home for classroom teacher and room number:
6:00pm - 6:30pm: 4th Grade/5th Grade/Bridge2
6:00pm - 6:30pm: APR - Bridge1/STRIVE/Kindergarten/1st Grade
6:35pm - 7:05pm: Bridge1/STRIVE/Kindergarten/1st Grade
6:35pm - 7:05pm: APR - 4th Grade/5th Grade/Bridge2 2nd Grade/3rd Grade & 3/4 (Ruhl/Remini)
7:10pm - 7:40pm: 2nd Grade/3rd Grade & 3/4 (Ruhl/Remini)
7:10pm - 7:40pm: APR - Anyone with a conflict due to back to back student presentations
6:00pm - 8:00pm: APR - AIS/ENL/OT/Speech/Special Area (Art, Library, Music, PE)
While waiting for a particular grade level presentation to begin, please visit the APR to meet with our ELA and Mathematics Specialists. They will provide an overview of Title I & AIS Services. Members of our Support Staff (School Psychologist & Social Worker), ENL, OT, Speech and Special Area teachers will also be available for questions.
Please refrain from asking classroom teachers individual questions about your child. Teachers will be providing sign-up sheets for Parent/Teacher Conferences. If you have an immediate concern, please contact your child’s teacher to arrange a future time to speak.
Students are not invited to attend Meet The Teacher Night. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure enough student volunteers from NBHS. Please be sure to arrange for childcare.
