Dear Parent/Guardian:
Regular contact between the home and school is essential to support students’ academic progress. The Parent/Teacher Conference is a valuable tool to keep the lines of communication open. On December 6, 2023, our instructional day will end at 1:05 p.m. and the buses will depart at 1:10 p.m. because the Parent Teacher Conferences will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.

The first quarter ended on November 9, 2023 and the First Quarter Reports Cards were posted on the Parent Portal on Monday, November 20, 2023. This information will be informative for your Parent/Teacher Conference.
Individual meetings with each of your student’s teachers can be scheduled through our convenient Canyon

Please be aware that the window for Canyon Creek reservations will open on November 30, 2023 and close on December 5, 2023 at 11:59 pm. Please take advantage of this opportunity to discuss your child’s progress.
You may always call the school to arrange an in-person or virtual conference with a teacher. It is always recommended to reach out directly to your child’s teachers about specific questions concerning achievement in a particular class. Of course our school counselors or administrators can arrange and facilitate a larger team meeting if your child is having broader issues. The high school staff is always available to assist parents/guardians in support of our students.
