Congratulations to all our First in Math high achievers this month and special congratulations to Ms. Milidantri’s Class for achieving the #1 ranking in New York State for all Grade 2 classes. This same class also received notification today that 3 students Kyle, Gabriel and Brandon have qualified to participate in the 2024 NEW YORK STATEWIDE ELEMENTARY MATHEMATICS TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS representing MGV and our region.
They will be receiving individual trophies and a plaque for MGV! Due to their exceptional performance our school will also receive a $1000 prize from NYSED. We are thrilled for them and look forward to cheering them on when they attend the championship at the beginning of June.
