Today our MGV 3rd Grade took part in an amazing workshop that helped them to imagine and experience China up close and personal. Students learned about various cultural traditions and the history behind them. They took part in a ribbon dance as well as the famous dragon parade. A museum of artifacts from China was on display so students could investigate and ask questions. This special event was a wonderful way to culminate the 3rd Grades Social Studies Unit on China.
