On Wednesday, March 29th, 5th graders at Belmont participated in a Wax Museum. Each student was responsible for selecting an influential person, conducting research, making a backdrop, and writing a biographical speech. On the day of the museum, students dressed up and became a “wax figure” of the person they researched. Classmates and teachers then walked around the “museum” pressing their button to make them come alive and present their speech. The Wax Museum was very engaging and an excellent opportunity for students to learn from one another. Great job, 5th grade!
