Woods Road Heads to the Polls

The third, fourth and fifth graders at Woods Road Elementary School exercised their right to vote during the school’s student council elections on Nov. 4. Candidates had the opportunity to speak to their peers one by one about why they should cast their vote in their favor. After listening to all the speeches for treasurer, secretary, vice president and president, students returned to their classrooms to vote for the newest officers of the Woods Road student council.
