Parent/Guardian Test Distribution Directions

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are quarantined, do not attend test distribution and email testdistribution@northbabylonschools.net for further support
All parents/guardians picking up COVID-19 tests must be masked and have ID
As previously mentioned, the tests list January 2022 on the box as their expiration date. We have confirmed that the FDA has extended the expiration date of these tests through April 2022
Access the West Gym through the doors facing the West Gym Parking Lot (parking lot on Phelps Lane furthest West)
Proceed to the check-in table in the hallway outside the gymnasium
You will be greeted by an administrative staff member at the check-in table, present your ID and then you will be asked to proceed to a test pick up station
Once at the station, present your ID and give the name/s of your child/ren you are picking tests up for
Each family is entitled to 1 test kit (2 tests in each kit) per child in their family attending our schools
After receiving the tests, you will exit through the exterior doors on the North side of the gymnasium (facing basketball court/stadium) and walk to your vehicle
