North Babylon students at Marion G. Vedder and Woods Road Elementary Schools
recently welcomed Ryan Fargione, a student-teacher from Long Island University Post, to
their classrooms. Mr. Fargione worked alongside art teacher Lisa Gregorek at both schools
to help the students create beautiful abstract paper designs, based upon the art of Alma
Woodsey Thomas.
