On March 20 and 21, the high school drama club’s theatrical production of Mame was presented to school and community members.

The musical, which was directed by theatre teacher Lisa Drance, was based on the novel by Patrick Dennis and the play Auntie Mame by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee. Under musical director Larry Wurtzel and orchestra director Jay Orig, cast members performed several hits, such as “St. Bridget,” “Open a New Window,” and “It’s Today” to the delight of the audience. On March 19, the school invited senior citizens to enjoy a dinner and showing of the musical.
