The mural was part of a much larger interdisciplinary project, in which the entire fourth and fifth grade are participating. Music teacher Mrs. Henderson, reading specialist Mrs. Levine, librarian Ms. Bielskas and art teacher Mrs. Whitney have been working together to composeoriginal songs, write scripts, create three dimensional clay monsters, drawings, and collaborative posters around the "Wild Things" theme. All of these pieces will be diplayed at a student performance in the Spring. We are proud of every student at Belmont for their enthusiastic participation in this "monstrously wild project".
