At about 4:30 PM, on March 17, 2015, two NB 8th grade boys were approached by 2 African American males in a dark sedan. The students were waiting for their ride outside the High School after golf practice. The two men drove into the school parking lot and asked the students if they wanted a ride just as the student's mother drove up in her car. One of the boys replied that his mom was there, whereupon the car drove off. The mother of the students followed the car and they took a photo which included the license plate. The incident, including the license plate number, was reported to the police.

At about 4:30 PM on March 17, 2015 two NB students, a 4th grader and an 8th grader (siblings) were walking in the parking lot of Ocean City Job Lot (near Dollard Dr. and Deer Park Ave.) with their mother, who was following behind them. A silver colored SUV driven by a tall, slim, white bearded male, in his 20's approached and stopped near the children. The driver got out and asked if they could help him find his wallet which he had lost. The children's mother screamed at him and he got into his car and drove off. Another woman in the parking lot said she had also been approached by the same man who asked her for money. This incident was reported to the police.
