We will be holding limited on-site technical support for District distributed Chromebook hardware issues. The on-site help desk is for hardware issues only including broken screens, broken keyboards, devices that won’t turn on etc. The support desk will be open this Wednesday, April 8th  and Thursday April 9th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm by appointment only. If you are unable to schedule an appointment via the form you can call (631) 620-7000 and leave a voicemail message and someone will get back to you to schedule an appointment.

The support desk will be held at the North Babylon High School at the entrance near the West Gym. For the purpose of social distancing, we ask that you line up in your car and wait to be called in. We will only be calling in one family at a time. If you are having sign-in issues or issues related to access that are not hardware related we ask that you send an email to ithelpdesk@northbabylonschools.net. We will be able to help you with those kinds of issues remotely.
